Well Check and Sick Visits During COVID-19

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to evolve our practice to provide the best care for your children.

Starting Friday, March 20, we can conduct sick visits remotely using telemedicine for Cincinnati Children's Liberty Primary Care, Mason Primary Care and Springdale Primary Care patients. We strongly believe this telehealth option will serve all our patients well. All our offices will be clean and sanitized for our well checks and other appointments.

How our practices' telehealth appointments work

To schedule a sick visit, you should still call our office at 513-336-6700 to speak with a scheduler. The scheduler will give you a time and the name of the provider you'll be seeing. Please click your provider's link below to enter the correct Telehealth Waiting Room. Your provider will be notified that you've arrived. They will click to start the appointment when they are ready for you.

You may hold your Telehealth appointment on your desktop computer, tablet or phone. Please make sure your camera and microphone are enabled on the device that you’re using.

Important note: Please do not click any of these links unless you have a scheduled appointment. All our providers have a schedule of who they will be seeing and will not click on your name unless you have an appointment. We appreciate everyone's consideration as we use this new process.
