Immunization Policy

Our immunization policy – designed to protect all our children

All of us at Suburban Pediatric Associates believe strongly that preventative care is one of the most important components of healthcare for your child. Immunizations have been the cornerstone of preventative care and pediatric medicine for years. Immunizations have been proven a safe, effective way to combat serious childhood diseases.

Recent outbreaks caused us to officially develop a policy in regard to vaccinations in our office. Our goal is to protect all our patients. And the only way to protect those too young for vaccines is to ensure immunization of everyone around them.

Suburban Pediatrics will only accept new patients who have decided to immunize their child/children. We will continue to see current patients who vaccinate on schedule.

If you have any questions about the immunization schedule or a specific vaccination, please talk to your physician. Thank you for your understanding that we want to protect all our patients.
