Annual Well Child Visits

We want to provide the best care, year in and year out

We believe in the importance of regular well checks. At your well check, you can ask any question and discuss any concern — from expected development to current behavior to overall wellness.

These checkups also allow our providers to examine your children to identify any potential health issue early and make sure developmental milestones are met.

Regular well visits help establish a bond between our staff and your children so they feel comfortable asking and answering questions now and in the future. Cincinnati Children's Liberty Primary Care, Mason Primary Care and Springdale Primary Care follow the recommended American Academy of Pediatrics well visit schedule:

  • 1-2 weeks – newborn post hospital follow-up
  • 2 weeks
  • 1 month
  • 2 months
  • 4 months
  • 6 months
  • 9 months
  • 1 year
  • 15 months
  • 18 months
  • 2 years
  • 2-1/2 years
  • Once a year, starting at age 3
